A Complaint

Daily I hear people are not getting paid from specific websites and things are being rejected, support isn't answering e-mails and well things just are not moving at the pace that you want them to. I understand this to be frustrating sometimes, however we as human beings don't like to wait once so ever, because a website should have the support and good services in order to deal with the amount of traffic that they expect or have been getting. Take a website called Bubblews for example, the website is still a baby it needs the love and care of it's parents and in this case the parents are the Bubblews team, who is on this team? Well we don't know really, and honestly I think there should be a page with the staff members listed and what their duties are so we can contact the correct parties instead of guessing out of our butt-cracks on who does what job. The jobs are simple, if you are getting paid at least sit there and answer as many questions and inquires as you possibly can and give a reply where they know you are at least working on things, the way I see it is that such a site needs to have staff who is organized as I see it really isn't right now. YES I get paid and haven't had any issues, however I did ask questions and haven't had them answered and would really like to know why. We are at least entitled to some sort of reply and the users just aren't getting them.

Now then why are you not getting paid? Have you seriously looked into the issue, I wrote an entry like this the other day else where. Take the site and carefully study the rules, are they clearly defined? If not I would do some more research on th website looking at other entries, contact people and learn from them. We recently a couple months or less ago found out that HTML wasn't allowed on a specific site and then every article was removed or told to be modified because they didn't have that stated on their website. So I guess what I'm saying is that website owners really need to look at it, would you use a website where the rules are not clearly written and what would you think if all these rules started popping up out of no-where? I'm hoping that website makers and content creators will begin to work together because having a bunch of angry people at you will not help your reputation but it will destroy it and then your whole business idea will go down the drain like a big glob of goo mixed hair with draino.

On-line people are angry and frustrated over money they are supposed to make can cause a lot of emotional stress and even physical because people like writers and people who work at home daily have to sit for long hours a day just to work on their writing careers. At least have some decency to give a crap and write your terms of service and your rules correctly, and respond to emails. Customer service should be priority owning a website, if you can show the decency of that and then just maybe you wouldn't have so many complaints and people threatening.

  1. I agree with what you have said. Customer service on these writing sites is not what it should be. Bubblews is not the only one, Squidoo is another guilty party. Their rules are woefully unclear and their staff unresponsive. It's a shame there is no higher power that you can write to about these sites.

  2. Sadly Tracey you are so right, I wish there was someone we could write to in order to get them straightened out. But ah well nothing we can do you know?
